David Valdez

David Valdez possesses extensive experience in baseball coaching and management, currently serving as the Head Baseball Coach at Malden Catholic since September 2023 and as a Hitting Coach for Major League Baseball since March 2022. Valdez's background includes roles such as CEO of Valdez Baseball Distributor, Constable for the MassBay Constable Association, and Business Owner at First Place Sports Complex. Previous coaching positions include Development Hitting Coach with the Milwaukee Brewers and Manager of the Raptor Texas State League in the South Coast League. Valdez has also contributed as Assistant Coordinator for the Detroit Tigers and Head Baseball Coach and Hitting Coordinator in the Piedmont Baseball League. In addition to practical experience, Valdez has pursued diverse educational qualifications, holding certificates in Teaching English as a Second Language from Tefl.org.uk, Business Administration from Harvard University, Law from North Shore Community College, Financial Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and English for Career Development from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
