Jean Lee Batrus

Jean Lee Batrus currently serves as the Founding Executive Director of the MLB-MLBPA Youth Development Foundation, representing both Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association since December 2018. Previously, Batrus held leadership positions including Vice President and Head of Business Development at GENYOUth, Managing Director of Corporate Partnerships at Youth INC, and Manager of Corporate Relations at The Actors Fund of America. Batrus has a strong background in securing partnerships and fundraising across various sectors, demonstrated through roles at Sixtus Group, Common Cents, and as a consultant for sustainability projects in NYC. Academic credentials include a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s SIPA and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
