Jorge Aguilar MD PhD is a prominent figure in the field of sports mental health and performance, currently serving as the Director of the Sports Mental Health & Performance Institute and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Health System since April 2019. Aguilar also holds consultancy roles with Major League Baseball and the New York City Football Club, providing expertise on mental health issues and performance training for athletes.
