Kathleen Hextell

Kathleen Hextell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sports management, coaching, and business development. Currently serving as the Sales and Brand Manager at Bont Rowing since August 2022, Kathleen also manages the Rowing program at MLC School Sydney, where responsibilities include budget preparation, risk management, and the organization of events. As the Founder of BladeWorks Consulting, Kathleen established the NSW Indoor Rowing initiative and Championships. Previous roles include Sports Director Rowing at Virtus: World Intellectual Impairment Sport and Indoor Rowing Officer at Rowing Australia, where Kathleen implemented major programs and championships. With a strong foundation in healthcare management, including a Master’s degree in Health Administration from UNSW, Kathleen has also held leadership positions in medical technology companies, achieving notable success in business development and market growth.
