Ainhoa Santana

Ainhoa Santana's work experience begins in 2013 as a Customer Service representative at MaxMovil. In 2014, they worked as a Server Assistant at Xanterra Parks & Resorts. Ainhoa then interned as a Medical and Health Interpreter and later served as a Ticketing hostess at Disneyland Paris in 2015. Ainhoa then became a Spanish Language Assistant at Académie de Versailles. In 2016, they joined Inditex as part of the Human Resources Department. A year later, they worked as an International Trade & Investment Advisor at the Economic & Commercial Office of Spain in Dubai. From 2020 to 2021, they were an Account Manager Export at Font Salem. Ainhoa then became an Account Sales Executive at Feria de Valladolid in 2021. Currently, Ainhoa works as an Account Manager at mlean, where they prepare and performs DEMOs of the mlean Production System based on digitalizing Continuous Improvement processes in factories, and identifies customer needs while communicating them to the employer company.

From 2017 to 2018, they attended ICEX-CECO and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

In 2017, they attended Universitat d'Alacant for a Summer Business Program focused on Economics.

Between 2010 and 2015, they attended Universitat d'Alacant and earned a Bachelor's degree in Language Translation and Interpreting.

During the academic year 2012-2013, they studied at Maynooth University as part of an Erasmus program.

In addition to their academic degrees, they have also obtained additional certifications. In November 2015, Ainhoa obtained a certification in "Keys for teaching Spanish Oral Skills" from the Ministerio de Educación, España. In June 2015, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge English Language Assessment.
