Rainer Pietschmann

Rainer Pietschmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, product management, and marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development, Product Management and Marketing at MLF Mercator-Leasing GmbH & Co. Finanz-KG since December 2020, Rainer focuses on driving company growth through innovative product lines and strategic portfolio management. Prior experience includes leading credit and customer advisory services at BFL Leasing GmbH and managerial roles at VR Smart Finanz, where Rainer oversaw contract processing and a team of 50 employees. Additionally, Rainer completed an educational sabbatical in October 2020, enhancing skills in SAFe® Agile Project Management, Design Thinking, and AI. An alumnus of Nürtingen-Geislingen University, Rainer holds a degree in Business Administration.
