Daniel is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at MLG Capital, where they focus on sourcing, negotiating, and closing new multifamily and industrial/flex acquisitions in the Midwest region. Prior to their current role, Daniel worked as a Senior Vice President at Waypoint Residential, specializing in conventional multifamily acquisitions/dispositions in the Central Region of the U.S. Daniel also served as an Assistant Vice President at Waterton, a real estate investor and property management company. Additionally, Daniel had a brief role in real estate strategy at Panera Bread.
Daniel Price attended the Wisconsin School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance, Investment, & Banking and Real Estate. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Macquarie University.
