Lonnie Vidaurri has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment industry. Lonnie is currently working as the Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Primestor Development, where they source equity investment opportunities and builds relationships with debt and co-invest partners. Prior to this, they worked at LISC Strategic Investments in the role of Fund Deployment. Lonnie also has experience as the Head of Investments and Capital Markets at a Private Family Office, Managing Director at Ladder Capital Corp, SVP at OneWest Bank, and Director of U.S. Real Estate Capital Markets at Barclays Capital. Lonnie started their career at JLL as an Associate in the Investment Sales & Finance department, where they advised and executed financial alternatives for various clients.
Lonnie Vidaurri obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UCLA between 1989 and 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Urban Planning / Real Estate Finance at the University of Southern California from 1994 to 1996. In 1994, they also participated in a Summer Research Fellowship at Cornell University, although no degree was specified for this short-term program.
