David Binder Jr.

David Binder, Jr. has a diverse work experience in the financial and real estate sectors. David currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at MLG Capital, where they have been working since 2014. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Private Equity at the same company. In 2022, they joined REACH-WI as a Board Member. From 2015 to 2021, David was the Managing Member of their own Personal Portfolio of Real Estate. David started their career in 2005 as a Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and later worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Cherry Creek Mortgage from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they briefly worked as an FMG: Securities Client Service Consultant at Wells Fargo Advantage Funds in 2010.

David Binder, Jr. attended the Lubar College of Business from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in marketing with an emphasis on real estate. In addition to their college education, David has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In June 2010, they received the Series 7 certification from FINRA. Then, in June 2012, they obtained the Mortgage Loan Originator certification from NMLS. In July 2020, David received a High Performance Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Finally, in September 2020, they obtained a Change Management Certificate, also from Cornell University.
