Glenn Kobylarczyk

Glenn Kobylarczyk is a seasoned professional in the sleep products industry, currently serving as the Principal Owner of KOBYSLEEP since February 2025. In addition to this role, Glenn has held several leadership positions at MlilyUSA since July 2019, including Vice President of Sales, Executive Vice President, and Midwest Sales Director. Glenn's extensive experience also includes the position of Vice President of Sales at DreamFit, and Vice President of Sales at Comfort Revolution, roles which have been maintained since 2018 and April 2017, respectively. Earlier career experiences range from Sales roles at Protect-A-Bed and sales education leadership at King Koil Licensing Group, to foundational sales positions at Magic Sleep Mattress Company, Restonic Mattress Company, and The Spring Air Company.
