Fatmir Kastrati

Fatmir Kastrati has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Fatmir started their career as a Project Manager/Estimator at Georg Heckmeier Ingenieur Buro in 1993 and worked there until 1997. In 1998, they joined DD Interiors & Construction, Inc. as a Project Manager and worked until 2000. Fatmir then joined Judlau Contracting, Inc. in 2000 as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for various tasks including subcontract buyout, project schedule development, staff management, safety/quality assurance, and team leadership. Fatmir worked closely with the project executives, safety director, construction team, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. In 2018, Fatmir became the Vice President of MLJ Contracting, LLC.
