Ron Weingust

Ron Weingust has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, including healthcare and consulting. Ron is currently the Director of Business Development at MLM Medical Labs. Prior to this role, they worked as a Consultant at iRONinc Consulting. Ron also held positions such as Vendor Manager at Alimentiv, where they were responsible for evaluating and managing vendors for clinical research, and Clinical Diagnostics Business Development/Operations at St. Michael's Hospital. Ron was also involved in business innovation and development at Mount Sinai Hospital and served as the Manager of Business Development and Operations at the Biological Resource Centre of Public Health Ontario. Additionally, Ron worked as the Sales & Marketing Director at In-Common Laboratories, where they successfully grew the business and implemented strategic plans. Ron also gained experience in product development and liaison roles at AstraZeneca, where they fostered relationships with key opinion leaders and facilitated clinical studies.

Ron Weingust holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Queen's University. Ron also has an M.Sc. in Immunology from Western University and a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Windsor. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Canada GCP Course: Researchers Involved with Human Research" from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY, in December 2020.
