SERKAN TUNCER is currently the Director of Human Resources at MLPCARE. Previously, SERKAN has held various HR leadership positions in companies such as İSPARK, M. H. Alshaya Co., Unifree Duty Free, DenizBank, HSBC, and ASSAN ALÜMİNYUM. Serkan has a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from Marmara University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Yeditepe University. Having a strong background in payroll, personnel affairs, and budget management, Serkan has effectively managed HR teams and processes throughout their career.
