Jim McWilliams

Jim McWilliams has extensive experience in security and customer service within the transportation and aviation sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Security Programs at MLSE since October 2018, McWilliams previously held multiple managerial roles at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority from September 2011 to October 2018, focusing on security regulatory compliance and infrastructure. Prior experience includes positions at Air Canada, where responsibilities ranged from Customer Service Manager for Connections to Lead Station Attendant. Additional roles at Skyservice Airlines, Quantum Aviation Solutions, and Aviation Solutions further highlight expertise in management and training in aviation contexts. McWilliams has also contributed to national security efforts as a Summit Management Officer for the Department of Foreign Affairs during the G8/G20 Summits. Educational background includes studies at York University and St. Thomas Aquinas.
