The Scouting and Player Personnel team at MLSE is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring talent for the organization’s various sports teams, including the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and other affiliated teams. This team conducts extensive scouting operations, both domestically and internationally, assesses player performance and potential, and collaborates with team management to make informed decisions regarding player acquisitions and roster development.
