Athena Sturmay

Athena Sturmay is an Associate Lawyer at MLT Aikins LLP since September 2024, with previous experience at Felesky Flynn LLP and Jackie Handerek & Forester, where Athena specialized in various legal areas including corporate commercial, wills and estates, real estate, family law, civil litigation, and personal injury. Athena began their legal career as a Student-at-Law at SB LLP and has held roles in compliance and business development in industries ranging from institutional investment to financing. Athena holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in Finance from the Alberta School of Business, and has completed an In-Depth Tax Program with Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, further complemented by an international exchange program at The University of Edinburgh.
