Ronald Martinez

Ronald Martinez is a seasoned Training Specialist at MLT Systems since February 2023, previously serving as a Program Manager at UICGS/Bowhead Family of Companies from April 2016 to January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Driver at Schneider National for a brief period in early 2016 and a distinguished tenure in the United States Marine Corps from 1995 to 2015, where Ronald held various positions such as Drill Instructor, AAV Crewman, Section Leader, and Platoon Sergeant. During military service, Ronald was responsible for the training and mentorship of hundreds of Marines, the management of substantial assets exceeding $50 million, and ensuring operational efficiency through direct oversight of training and maintenance. Education is being pursued at Palomar College and has also included studies at Central Texas College.
