Joe Duncan

Joe Duncan is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in managing regional accounts and key client relationships. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at M&M Carnot since February 2023, Joe previously held various positions at Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration from January 2019 to February 2023, including Key Account Manager and Sales Engineer. Prior to that, Joe contributed to Lennox International between December 2013 and December 2018 as a Territory Manager, Inside Sales Representative, and Commercial Sales Administrator. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Southeast Missouri State University, obtained from 2010 to 2013.
