Oscar Serna is a Head of R&D with over 20 years of experience in the packaging sector. They worked at Colgate-Palmolive as an Ingeniero de Empaques from 1995 to 2023 and currently serve as the Head of Product Engineering at MM Packaging. Oscar has completed a Diplomado de empaques, envases y embalajes from Envapack in 2012 and is pursuing degrees in Ingeniero de Sistemas and Diplomado Gerencia de Proyectos at Universidad INCCA de Colombia.
