Ahmed Bahie brings extensive experience in quality management across various sectors, primarily within the food and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Head of the Quality Department at MMC Catering since November 2021, Ahmed oversees quality operations across multiple facilities and has implemented ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC systems. Previous roles include Head of Quality Department at Al Rifai Arabia, where Ahmed managed quality initiatives across UAE and Kuwait, and QA & Franchise Manager at Tmreya Company, focusing on franchise expansion and management systems. Earlier experience includes leading quality and HSE activities at DAMAC Hotels & Resorts, hygiene management at Intercontinental Citystars, and external consulting for international hotel brands. With a strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Agriculture with a specialization in Food Control & Hygiene from Alexandria University, Ahmed has demonstrated a commitment to maintaining high standards in quality assurance and safety throughout diverse operational environments.

MMC Catering Co. was founded in 1996 by Mr. Mishari Al Roudan with a vision of exploring the world of food art and service. MMC Catering is having the following brands; Le Notre Paris, Meem Cafe, Crimson Garden, Rice Culture on a Tray, Sawah Arabesque, Italo's Cafe. A sole franchisee in Kuwait of Le Notre Paris, a well reputed name in the field of gastronomy, Le Notre has made an entry to Kuwait market on July 1998 having its diversified business in restaurant, coffee shops, boutique, banqueting and catering. Soon after the inauguration of its main location in Gulf Road was the opening of the branch in Al Fanar Mall. It was followed by another two outlets, in Marina Mall on June 2003 an din the Avenues Mall on June 2007. On the same period of mid 2007, the introduction of two new concepts for Italian and Iranian cuisines was made possible through the birth of Italo's Cafe and Crimson Garden also at Avenues Mall. On the first quarter of 2009, another two new concepts were launched again at the Avenues Mall, namely Rice Culture on a Tray and Sawah Cafe Arabesque. MMC is proud to be always part of prestigious shopping malls, like the opening of Le Notre Cafe and Meem Cafe in 360 Mall on November 2009. September 2009 marks a big breakthrough with MMC as it unveils a restaurant complex Spoons in Mahboula. A unique stand-alone 4,400 sq. m. complex is dedicated for casual dining where prominent names in the restaurants will be found. Then, it was followed by Meem Cafe in Hamra Tower. In just a decade of existence, MMC Catering has already gone a long long way with its proven standard and diversity and will still continue to conquer uniqueness and identity.
