Mohamad Ghadban

Mohamad Ghadban has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Brand Chef at MMC Catering since April 2014, where responsibilities include menu development, training, and overseeing multiple outlets. Prior to this role, Mohamad was Group Executive Chef at Al Essa International Group, managing various restaurant concepts from October 2006 to November 2013. Previous positions include Head Chef at Ant Ventures Worldwide, leading the opening of Casper & Gambinis in both Lebanon and Egypt, and Kitchen Leader at Crepaway and Steak and Frite. Early experience includes a role as Floor Manager at Shoppers International. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Hawed Al Wealaya High School in Lebanon and computer courses from Al Makhzoumi Institute.
