Connor Bergen is an investment banking professional who brings a vast range of experience in both direct investing and strategic consulting to his buy-side and sell-side clients.
Prior to joining MMG Advisors, Connor worked as an investment professional at DuneGlass Capital and New Harbor Capital, both operations-oriented lower middle market private equity firms in Chicago. Prior to his investment work, he was a strategy consultant with MonitorDeloitte in New York. In this role, he led multiple value-accretive projects across the consumer, retail, and technology industries, as well as advised C-suite executives of some of the world's biggest companies on growth strategies, organizational effectiveness, and M&A.
Connor is a passionate advocate for social responsibility. In addition to having served on the Board of Directors of Social Venture Partners - Chicago, he began his career with Teach for America - Mississippi, where he taught world history in one of America's highest-need school districts.
Connor holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and currently sits on the Young Leaders Board of the Kellogg Finance Network. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
