Kayla O’Malley Dill

Kayla Dill has been with the Company since 2013 and serves as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development. She previously held the positions of Senior Territory Manager for Maine, Territory Manager, and Senior Marketing Representative. Prior to joining MMG, she worked for a national carrier holding positions in Sales, Casualty Claims, and Learning & Development. Ms. Dill is a graduate of the University of Maine Business School. She has earned the designations of Associate in Claims (AIC) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) through the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. She has been active with the Maine Young Agents committee, including volunteer work with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Special Olympics Maine. She was recognized as Young Agent Committee Member of the Year in 2016. Ms. Dill currently serves on the steering committee for the business resource group MMG Women and holds the position of Treasurer for the Xi Beta of Chi Omega Housing Corp at the University of Maine.
