Gloria Lu

Gloria Lu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gloria started their career as a Client Service Coordinator at the Women's Community Clinic, where they provided affordable and accessible healthcare services for Bay Area women and girls. Gloria then moved on to become an Operations Manager at FirstLine, a company focused on transforming healthcare by prioritizing patient needs and offering a range of services including house calls and pharmacy services. Gloria then joined Alto Pharmacy as a Care Operations Manager, where they played a key role in improving the patient experience and developing medication therapy management. Gloria later transitioned to the role of Design Operations Manager at mmhmm, contributing to the advancement of healthcare through technology. Currently, Gloria is serving as a Sr. Design Operations Manager at All Turtles, where they bring their expertise to manage and streamline design operations. Overall, Gloria's work experience demonstrates their versatility and commitment to improving healthcare services.

Gloria Lu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Psychology from the University of California, Davis, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued further studies in the field of Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at California State University - East Bay, where they completed a Post Baccalaureate program from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their educational background, Gloria also obtained a certification in the Emerging Leaders Learning Lab from DesignOps Assembly in June 2023.
