Rebekah Maggor

Rebekah Maggor has a long and varied work experience. Rebekah began their career in 2003 as a Director, Program in Speaking and Learning, Derek Bok Center, Harvard University. Rebekah also served as a Preceptor- Harvard College Writing Program, Teaching Fellow, and Research Fellow, Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning. In 2005, they were a Playwriting Fellow at the Huntington Theatre Company. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Lecturer in the Department of English at Vanderbilt University. From 2012 to 2016, they were an Assistant Professor at Rowan University. From 2015 to 2021, they were an Affiliated Scholar, Charles Warren Center at Harvard University, an Assistant Professor of Performance at Cornell University - College of Arts and Sciences, a Guest Lecturer at Make a Point, and an Artistic Director at mmhmm. In 2020, they were a Guest Director at Rose Bruford College.

Rebekah Maggor obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theatre and Dramatic Arts from Columbia University in 2001. Rebekah then obtained a Certificate in Advanced Theatre Training from Harvard University in 2004, and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Theatre/Acting from the Moscow Art Theatre School in 2004. Rebekah also holds a certification in Fitzmaurice Voicework from the Fitzmaurice Voicework institution.
