Daniel Tomlinson has held various roles throughout their career. Daniel started off with Sainsbury's in 2008 as part of their Graduate Scheme. Daniel then worked as an Omni-Channel Project Manager at New Look in 2011 before moving on to Atos as a Consultant. In 2012, they joined Javelin Group as an Associate Director, focusing on delivering global omni-channel transformation programs. In 2018, they joined Alghanim Industries as a Director - Digital, and eventually became a Senior Director - Digital in 2022. Daniel has also served as an Ambassador for the MACH Alliance since 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director - CX, Digital & IT at both Emirates Leisure Retail and MMI - Maritime and Mercantile International.

Daniel Tomlinson attended Newcastle Business School from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Corporate Management. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance and ITIL v3 and Prince 2 Foundation from Sainsbury's.
