Shermin Fock

Shermin Fock is the Chief Finance Officer and is responsible for the Finance, Human Resource and IT functions of Group. She joined the Group in 1992 and has overseen the Group’s IPO in 1997 and subsequent privatization in 2007. Prior to joining the Group in 1992, Ms. Fock was Head of Finance and Administration at Enterprise Promotion Centres Pte Ltd from 1990 to 1992 where she undertook consultancy projects and was responsible for the financial management and administrative functions of the company. Ms. Fock received her Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore. In addition, she also obtained her Diploma in Management Consultancy from the National Productivity Board. Ms. Fock is a member of the Institute of Singapore Certified Accountants.
