Luca Audino

Electronic Engineer at MMI

Luca Audino has a work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2018, they completed a student internship at the Lab of Biomechanics at Politecnico di Torino, where they focused on developing control solutions for a cyclic stretch bioreactor. During this internship, they also utilized CAD software SolidWorks.

In 2020, they joined Experis Academy for a training course on Collaborative Robotics. Later that year, they worked at the University of Leeds as an Electronics Engineer in Medical Device Development. In this role, they contributed to the first human trial of a robotic platform for colonoscopy. Luca designed and developed software, firmware, and electronics according to medical device regulations, implemented a risk-based approach, and conducted software and hardware tests. Luca also worked as a Visiting Researcher, where they developed a localization algorithm for a magnetic endoscopic capsule.

Currently, Luca is working as a Jr. Electronics Engineer at MMI S.p.A. starting from November 2021.

Luca Audino has a solid education history with a focus on engineering and technology. Luca obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, which they attended from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, Luca earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018.

Before entering university, Luca completed their high school education at Liceo Statale "Isaac Newton," where they obtained their High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Luca has also pursued various certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. Luca obtained the Certified Interconnect Designer (CID) certification from IPC in April 2023. Luca also completed certification courses such as "Learning Altium," "C++ Essential Training," and "Learning PCB Design with EAGLE" from LinkedIn, in November 2021, June 2021, and February 2021, respectively.

Furthermore, Luca has participated in conferences and obtained relevant certificates in the field of robotics and healthcare. Luca received the "Health and Safety in the Workplace - Certificate" from ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions in October 2020. In July 2020, they attended the "Future of Healthcare Robotics Conference 2020" organized by Data Bridge Market Research Private Ltd. and obtained a certificate for their participation. Additionally, in June 2020, they received the "Annual SERGS Meeting Attendance Certificate" from the Society of European Robotic Gynaecological Surgery (SERGS).

Lastly, Luca has a "Certificate of International Citizenship" from the College for International Citizenship, obtained in July 2014, and a "Cambridge English Level 1 Certificate in ESOL International" from Cambridge Assessment English, obtained in June 2014.

While Luca's education background and certifications suggest their knowledge and skills in engineering, robotics, and related fields, there is no information available regarding their proficiency in water safety training, as the details are unspecified for the "Lifeguard & Water Safety Training" certification.
