Richard Albanese is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in service operations and customer support within the medical technology sector. Currently serving as VP of Global Service at MMI - Medical Microinstruments, Inc., Richard is focused on enhancing the market performance of the Symani Surgical System through innovative service and repair solutions. Prior to this role, Richard was VP of Technical Support & Service Training at United Imaging - North America, where significant improvements in service operations were achieved. Richard's leadership experience at Philips included managing large-scale restructuring programs that resulted in substantial cost savings and operational efficiencies.
