Nurul K. currently serves in the Training and Recruitment Section at Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia since June 2023. Previous experience includes participation in the Officer Development Program at Bank Mandiri Taspen from May to October 2022, and a brief tenure as a Human Resources Generalist at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in April 2022. Nurul held the role of People Partner at Tokopedia from October 2021 to March 2022 and contributed to human capital services at PT. Cipta Krida Bahari in 2021, focusing on data administration and employee information systems. Nurul has experience as a Recruiter at PT Global Makara Teknik, where responsibilities included candidate screening and training planning. Earlier roles encompassed Human Capital responsibilities at PT Waskita Karya Realty and conducting research for Gerakan UI Mengajar. As a Team Leader for AIESEC Universitas Indonesia, Nurul led exchange programs while earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia after completing secondary education at SMA Negeri 28 Jakarta.
