Wallace Santos

Wallace Santos currently serves as an Analista Comercial Pleno at MML Sistemas de Automação Ltda., specializing in client management, inside sales, expectation management, and collaboration with pre-sales teams. Previously, Wallace held the position of Project Manager at CTX Technology, where responsibilities included conducting client meetings to define technical and commercial aspects, negotiating targets, and performing technical and commercial analyses of national project proposals. Additional experience as a Project Analyst involved technical analysis of bidding documents, proposal development, and cost estimation for labor and materials. Wallace is pursuing an MBA in Computer Software Engineering from USP/Esalq, following a Bachelor’s degree from Faculdade de Tecnologia de Itaquera and studies at Etec Getúlio Vargas.
