Adin Heller is a seasoned qualitative researcher with extensive experience in leading and managing qualitative research projects across various industries, including Food and Beverage, Personal Care, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and Pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the Qualitative Associate Director at MMR Research since January 2019, Adin specializes in methodologies such as focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographies, and online communities, providing strategic insights to clients. Previous roles at The Big Picture involved significant contributions to the establishment of the New York office, where Adin managed qualitative research processes and mentored junior staff. Additionally, Adin has experience in audio identity branding at Elias Arts and has held various positions in visual merchandising and retail. Adin earned a Master’s degree in Design Management: Innovation & Brand Management from the University for the Creative Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Texas Christian University.
