Andy has also been the Director and Business Owner of DMPEOPLE since August 2003, where strategic partnerships with senior business leaders are forged to optimize people capabilities. Previous roles include Managing Consultant at Spherion and Senior Consultant at TMP Worldwide, with a foundational education in Consumer Services Management and marketing from Leeds Beckett University.
