Jacqui Horsley has extensive experience in market research and strategic consulting. Jacqui is currently the Head of Research Africa and the Middle East at MMR Research Worldwide. Prior to this, they served as the Brand Strategy lead at Kantar from 2019 to 2020. From 2012 to 2018, Jacqui worked at Kantar TNS as a Client Director and Strategic Consultant, where they led a global program for a major FMCG company. Jacqui has also held positions as a Regional Account Director and Consultant at TNS South Africa from 2001 to 2020. Jacqui has a strong technical background in segmentation, brand strategy, and portfolio optimization, and is passionate about storytelling and workshop facilitation.

Jacqui Horsley completed their education at the University of KwaZulu Natal, where they obtained a Master of Social Science (Research Psychology) degree in the field of Research and Experimental Psychology. Jacqui attended the university from 1984 to 1992.
