Nadia Byrnes

Nadia Byrnes is an accomplished professional in the field of food science, currently serving as the Associate Director of the Account Team at MMR Research since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nadia held various positions in sensory science, including Sensory Science Manager and Principal Sensory Scientist at Ocean Spray Cranberries from October 2017 to January 2023. Nadia's experience also includes serving as a Senior Research Investigator at International Flavors & Fragrances and a Postdoctoral Fellow at UC Davis. The academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science with a focus on Sensory Science and Applied Psychophysics from Penn State University, a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Rochester.
