Alan Nicolle

Alan Nicolle has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries. Alan started their career in 1996 as a Clinical Trials Study Supervisor at Huntingdon Life Sciences. Alan then worked at Warner Lambert/Parke Davis/Elan as a Sales and Sales Training professional from 1997 to 2000, followed by a role at Altana Pharma in Sales and Sales Training from 2000 to 2002. From 2003 to 2006, Alan served as the Director of Sales and Marketing Europe at Spacelabs Healthcare Clinical Trial Services. Alan then moved on to become the Director at Innovative Edge Ltd from 2006 to 2008. Alan worked as the Director of Client Services at ScopeMedical from 2008 to 2009, and then became the Managing Director at Quantum Medical from 2009 to 2013. Currently, Alan holds the position of Vice President of Operational Business Strategy at MMS Holdings Inc., a clinical research organization.

Alan Nicolle completed an Essential Management Programme at Cranfield School of Management in 2012. From 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Diploma in Information Technology & Society at The Open University. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiology & Biochemistry from the University of Southampton, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. It is also worth mentioning that Alan has obtained several certifications, including "20 Habits of Executive Leadership," "Agile Development Practices," "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," "Fighting Gender Bias at Work," "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy," and "Inclusive Leadership."
