Krupa Patel

Krupa Patel is an experienced project manager currently with MMS since March 2015, previously serving as a delivery specialist and benefits analyst at Aon Hewitt from October 2011 to March 2015. At Aon Hewitt, Krupa managed complex client escalations, created client acceptance test plans, and facilitated internal testing, while also coaching colleagues in Benefits Operations Administration. Earlier experience includes a role as a health management specialist with Dr. Subrahmanya Bhat, overseeing billing and coding processes and aiming to enhance medical records management. Krupa holds a Master's degree in Public Administration/Public Health from Keller Graduate School of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
