Currently serving as the Product Delivery Team Manager and Senior Technical Product Owner at MMT since April 2022, Matt leads client engagement and manages project backlogs. Previously, Matt held the position of Special Chief Inspector in the Metropolitan Police, overseeing a team of volunteers. Other significant roles include Product Manager at CTG UK, Consultant at PA Consulting Group, and Consultant at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, where Matt gained expertise in business analysis and product development. Matt's early career involved operational procurement at Nestle. Matt holds a degree in Software Engineering from Durham University.
