Arijit Sengupta

Arijit Sengupta has extensive work experience in human resources in various companies. Arijit is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at MMTC-PAMP India Private Limited. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources for Bacardi in India and neighboring countries. Arijit also worked for the adidas group for several years, first as the Group HR Director and later as the Head of HR. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young. Arijit began their career as a Manager of HR at LG Life Science and later served as an Assistant Manager of HR at Hero Honda Motors.

Arijit Sengupta completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi, from 1992 to 1995. Arijit then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) with a field of study in HR from Xavier Institute of Social Service from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Arijit Sengupta has obtained several certifications including Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation and certifications from Facet5 Ltd, Korn Ferry, The Predictive Index, and Erickson Coaching International.
