Dharma Shanmugam has extensive experience in ERP systems and Finance Transformation, having held roles such as Director at MN8 Energy, ERP & Finance Systems Leader at Crown Castle, and ERP Director at McDermott International Inc. Prior to these roles, they also held positions at General Electric, Amway, Deloitte Consulting, Oracle, and Satyam Computer Services, where they gained experience in IT leadership, program management, and Oracle Applications implementation.

Dharma Shanmugam holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Additionally, Dharma has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Supply Chain Certified Expert Consultant in Purchasing, Project Management Professional, Coupa platform, and Coupa Supplier Information Management.
