Jessica Pompa serves as an EV Project Manager at MN8 Energy since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in project management from a prior role at MD7, where responsibilities included advising telecommunications clients on compliance with FCC regulations and overseeing small cell team operations. Jessica adeptly handled the zoning and permitting processes for various projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and obtaining necessary approvals and permits across jurisdictions. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master's degree in Urban Planning with a concentration in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy / Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego. Jessica's commitment to community engagement is evidenced through various leadership roles, including participation in the UC Global Food Initiative and the Born This Way Foundation Youth Advisory Board.
