Teguh Firmansyah

Teguh Firmansyah possesses extensive experience in human resources and system management, currently serving as the Head of Shared Service & HR System at MNC Financial Services since November 2020 and as HR Operation & HR System Senior Manager at PT MNC LAND Tbk. Prior roles include HR Operation & System Manager at PT SMART Tbk and Head of HR System & HR Policy Manager at PT TRIPUTRA AGRO PERSADA GROUP. With a background starting as a Training & Culture Specialist at ADIRA Motor, Teguh has also held various positions in HR and IT, including IT Lecturer at STMIK & Politeknik LPKIA Bandung, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from LPKIA Bandung obtained between 1998 and 2001.
