Andy Graham

Andy Graham has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as an Area Support Practice Development Lead at the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Area Support Coordinator at the same organization from March 2020 to October 2022.

Before joining the MND Association, Andy worked as a Personal Assistant (Complex Needs) at Milestones Trust from September 2018 to February 2020 and as an Employment Consultant at AS MENTORING LTD during the same period.

From September 2016 to September 2018, Andy served as the Operations Manager at Wigwam Support Group LBG, where they were responsible for various tasks, including implementing internal communication systems, developing relationships with funders, organizing family events, and conducting a data protection audit.

Andy also has experience in the non-profit sector, having founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer of Autism Guernsey from May 2012 to September 2015. Andy also worked as the Training Services Manager at the National Autistic Society from May 2005 to May 2012.

Earlier in their career, Andy gained valuable experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism as a Bank Staff member in the Learning Disabilities Service at the States of Guernsey Health and Social Services from November 1998 to November 2004. Additionally, they served as a Pupil Support Assistant at Guernsey Education Council from September 2003 to July 2004.

Andy Graham attended Elizabeth College in Guernsey from 1993 to 2000, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this time. Andy then went on to study at Northumbria University from 2000 to 2003, where they earned a BSc degree in Geography and Sports Studies. Finally, from 2007 to 2012, Andy enrolled at Sheffield Hallam University, where they obtained an MA degree in Autism.
