Thibault Chaze has over 18 years of work experience. Thibault started their career in 2004 with a SELDI training at Pierre Fabre. Thibault then moved on to the National Institute of Agronomic Research in the same year, where they served as a Doctorant and studied the in vivo dynamics of the muscle proteome in bovine during the fetal development phases. In 2008, they served as a Post Doc at INRA, where they worked to identify biological markers of bovine meat quality for the three main French meat breeds. Thibault then worked as a Post Doc at IRSN from 2009 to 2011, where they aimed to identify biological markers in the blood indicating radiation contamination resulting in skin lesions. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Ingénieur de Recherche at Institut Pasteur, and they currently work as a Senior Researcher at Mnemo Therapeutics since 2022.

Thibault Chaze has a Doctorate from UNIVERSITE D'AUVERGNE in Spé. biochimie et protéomique from 2004-2007, a Masters Degree from University of Technology of Lille, France in Proteomics from 2003-2004, and a Master of Science from University of Toulouse in Plant Biotechnology from 1999-2003.
