Kai Cao

Kai Cao is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as a Team Leader at mnemonic since August 2015, Kai oversees the Argus distributed system and is responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring team members. Previous roles include Software Engineer at mnemonic, where contributions were made to the development of the Argus security monitoring and analysis platform, and Server Developer at Rovio Entertainment Ltd., focusing on scalable cloud-based applications. Other notable experiences include work as a Senior Software Engineer at Finnish Golf Consulting Oy, a Reporting and Database Specialist at Aspiro TV as, and a Software Engineer at FA Solutions Oy. Kai holds a Master’s degree in Service Design and Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Vaasan Ammattikorkeakoulu - University of Applied Sciences, along with additional credentials from Harvard Business School Online and Level I of the CFA Program.
