Jake Bohrer

Jake Bohrer has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as an Account Executive and Sales Development Representative at One Mnet Health, where they connect with Administrators, Business Office Managers and key decision makers at Ambulatory Surgery Centers. From 2017-2021, they worked at Aultman Hospital as a Medical Social Worker/Orthopedic Case Manager/Care Coordinator/Discharge Planner, helping to ensure exceptional post-acute care plans for patients on the orthopedic unit. Jake also worked as a Medical Social Work Intern, shadowing a Medical Social Worker in the hospital discharge planning/ care coordination process. From 2013-2017, they worked at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar as a Waiter, Trivia Host, Carside to-go server, and Host. Jake also worked at Malone University from 2013-2017, beginning as an Undergraduate Admissions Office Assistant & Tour Guide, then as an Assistant Resident Director, Resident Assistant, and Graduate Admissions Office Assistant. From 2016-2017, they worked at South Street Ministries as a Junior Intern, gaining perspective and understanding of urban community development in a socioeconomically challenged neighborhood. In 2014, they worked at Project REBUILD, Inc. as a Sophomore Intern and at NewPointe Community Church as a Student Ministries Summer Intern. In 2013, they worked at Marcs Deeper Discounts as a Cashier and at New Baltimore Community Church as a Missions Committee Intern, where they sat on a committee board that made financial decisions and participated in multiple cross cultural and social service experiences.

Jake Bohrer completed a Bachelor's degree at Malone University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Waterloo High School from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Licensed Social Worker certification from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board in May 2017.
