Alissa Weckman Ma

Alissa Weckman, MA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at MNGI Digestive Health since December 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Supervisor of Leave Management at HealthPartners, where Alissa collaborated with HR and business stakeholders to enhance processes related to policies and employee relations from April 2016 to December 2021. Earlier roles include Senior Leave Specialist at HealthPartners, Leave Case Manager at Ceridian, and HR Services Representative/LOA Specialist at Buffets, Inc. Alissa began a career in HR at Target as a Senior TMSC Specialist. Alissa holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from St Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
