Karolina joined MNM in 2019. She is responsible for coordinating the work of the molecular laboratory. Karolina has participated in numerous research projects aimed at developing and implementing tests in the field of diagnostics of genetic diseases. She gained experience during internships at research institutes and pharmaceutical companies. She is a biotechnology graduate from the University of Life Sciences in Poznan, where she specialized in genetic diagnostics. Afterwards, Karolina completed postgraduate studies at the Medical University in Poznan, obtaining a laboratory diagnostician license. She is currently training to become a specialist in laboratory medical genetics.
