Leah Gelacio has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, particularly in the insolvency sector. Currently serving as an Insolvency Counsellor and Junior Estate Administrator at MNP since February 2018, Leah has previously worked as a Junior Analyst/Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at Faber Inc. and as an Insolvency Coordinator at Rumanek and Company Ltd. Expertise includes managing communications, data entry, and document preparation using software such as Uberbase and MS Access. Earlier experience as a Customer Service Representative at TeleTech sharpened skills in client relations and service support.
