Nina Savkovic

Nina Savkovic, MSc, currently serves as the Coordinator of Regional Human Capital at MNP since August 2023, where responsibilities include coordinating human capital activities, managing campus recruitment, and maintaining the recruitment database. Previously, Nina held the position of People and Culture Manager at Launchtrip from May 2021 to January 2023, developing the company's first structured performance management system and managing comprehensive HR operations. Earlier experiences include roles as People and Culture Coordinator and HR Intern at GAOTek Inc., focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes. Nina Savkovic is pursuing a Master of Science in Business and Organizational Psychology at Coventry University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Counselling and Human Development from Simon Fraser University.
